Bitter Sweet.....

Is it really here? The season we all wait for (okay so the season my family lives and dies by)? Yes, my dear husband left me this morning for a long road trip to Portland to face off with the University of Oregon. I was sad, happy, mortified, had butterflies... you name it... all the emotions. Happy for him... sad to be a widower... mortified to think of doing it on my own for 3 months... butterflies for the first game... nervous for Eric. I feel like with this being the first year as head coach he has alot of pressure and expectations and I feel for the guy.

I know he has done everything in his powers, mentally and physically, to prepare himself and his club for this season so GO WOLVERINES!!! Tomorrow I will post a link in which you can listen to games online if anyone is interested (ok - UVU baseball not that big of a thing) Oh well, it is at our house. I love ya.... good luck... can't wait to see you home!!!

I love baseball season! I especially LOVE the weather! Your blog is great! I need to work on mine. I haven't found the time...Belle is a handful and I don't get around to anything. But then I think you have 2 more kids than me, and seem to be doing so much more!!! How do you do it?!

I'm sorry.... I know you'll miss Eric tons and tons. BUT....here is my selfish side: You will always have your blog updated and you can talk sometimes late at night, on the phone without feeling guilty. PLUS you'll be able to get all caught up on OTH. ha ha I know, it all sounds lame compared to having your husband home...but I was trying to make you feel a LITTLE better. I'm here if you need someone to talk to....or someone to come over and watch Lucas and Nathan with you. ha ha

I am for sure going but I am worried it will be to cold for the baby and I don't want to worry about her the whole time; let me know what your plans are. Oh and I PROMISe I will bring your dvd player back to you (you can charge me interest), It has been the biggest life saver for us!!! Go Wolverines
