Where has the summer gone?

This picture was taken in Oakley, Utah.... Absolutely gorgeous place. I can understand why someone would pick up and head that way if they had a chance. Mick E played in a tournament over the 4th of July and we were able to visit old friends of ours. Thanks Nile and Kim for your hospitality! It was awesome! This is Murphy and Macee keeping shaded up! It was a little on the hot side that weekend.

Here is McGwire behind the plate. I cannot tell you how stinking cute he is this year. The coach told him he could be the catcher and it was hilarious.... he instantly turned his ball cap around.... what a smart little man! Every day he asks if he has a game.... game or not he puts that beautiful hunter orange shirt on!!!

This is my cute Macee.... she is really starting to love the sport (my prayers have been answered).

And this is what Murphy has been up to lately. All food goes in his hair. Bottles, juice cups get dumped because it is so fun to play in the milk/juice. He is slowly starting to take after his other brothers.... heaven help us!

So there is what we have been up to the last month... Wow - I think I have done a total of like 3 posts since summer started and then I do like 5 in 1 night! It wouldn't have happened except I had to unload the camera...

Macee and I are heading off to Vegas tomorrow for her final dance competition. We are so excited to have a girls week! Macee will be doing the convention during the day and then competing in the evening.... her mother plans on meeting her for lunch after spending hours at the gym... and then after lunch... her mother plans on sitting by the pool until dinner!! I know... call me crazy but I cannot be more excited... I've always said I would love to go on the Biggest Looser because how could people NOT loose weight when they had no other distractions of the world.... I dream of being able to work out 3 hours a day... That is the ONLY plans I have... maybe a daily massage... we shall see!!

Eric, on the other hand will be responsible for all 5 of the little men! Mick has Tournament of Champions in Heber City/Salem this weekend so he should have a good time with all the little ones at the ballpark (you don't know how big I am smiling right now).... Not that I don't think my husband appreciates me but I have a sneaky suspicion he might appreciate me a tad little bit more after this week!!! Unfortunately... I know the families on this baseball team and my guess is that he won't have to be responsible for my boys at all!!!

We are crossing our fingers that we can get down to Cleveland Saturday night for the fireworks. This is the first time in a bizillion years I have missed Cleveland Days.... I know... pathetic... but it's so great seeing everyone and the fireworks are the best... besides that we have a big Oveson Family reunion!
