Memory Tag

OK, I thought this was a cute and fun idea, so I copied Carrie, from her blog. Here are the rules:

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember! (Keep it G, I have alot of people fooled about by past!!!)

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments. I can't wait to see what people remember.

I have the worst memory ever. I do remember that we (my sister and I) would come over to your house all the time and you and your sisters got us to help you with your house work. I think we liked it (but I can't remember very well) This is a really cute idea by the way.

I don't think you and I have a memory together, but I remeber when Kalen was at UVSC I thought your family was just TOO cute (I still think it!) I remember how cute Mick was as the bat boy... I guess that's a memory of him, but we (my teammates and friends that went to the games) would yell for Mick and he'd look up at us with a really cute, embarrassed face!

My first memory of you is sixth grade field day. We had a combined field day with Cleveland Elementary. I used to pride myself at being the fastest runner (even faster than the boys) until you smoked us all in pretty much every event. Then in junior high when we used to pass notes, you could get them folded up so tiny!! Talk about talent and skill!

My most recent memory is you helping me figure out my insurance. :D

I remember you and Clint taught me a bad word and when I said it to my mom I got in trouble and had no idea why. I also remember your black and white checkered room with that cool clear phone! Totally awesome!

(Don't worry, most of the memories I have of you are of you being like my best friend when I was little. Not all of them are the bad things you and Clint taught me. :D)

Ha ha ha this is great! Hmmm which ammo to use? I think the furthest memory I have is of your prom dress. It was SOOOO dang pretty I was sooo jealous because you were..."well endowed" and you looked like a princess!

More recently I remember buying the trampoline when you first moved to Lehi and dropping it off...I think you have DEF got your money's worth out of that little investment!

My first memory of you Jess is Sara telling me what a great deal her cousin could get me on car insurance, and me being extremely skeptical. Boy am I glad I finally let somebody talk some sense into me, and thanks for the great deal!
(Also, thank you forever for giving Parker that jumper, what a blessing to have that thing!)

Jess, I don't know if you remember this, but you were pregnant with Maddux and Carter was a baby and we were signing our kids up for baseball at the Legacy Center and we just started talking. I thought you were so cute and so much fun! I know it seems forever ago and who would have thought Blake and Mick would play on the same team and be such good friends. I have a ton of other memories too, but that is my first memory of you! We love you guys!

OK - This is pay back for the "older sister" comment :). One of the first memories of I have of you is you and Eric spending the night at our SLC house on your way up to IF. We all went to Nordstrom Rack and I learned about your freakishly small feet. And we couldn't stop admiring what great balancing skills you must have! :)
Actually the very first memory I have of you is right after Tanner was born, you guys came to our apartment in Union Hills with Spike on your way to a Journey concert of something. You brought Tanner an adorable tiny little shirt and the cutest jacket for Tay. You have always had great taste (in clothes - not pals to go to concerts with.)
I am glad you stuck around! You are awesome!

Ok miss smarty pants.... I have a lot of memories of you. Maybe that is because I have known you FOREVER! You always had a boyfriend. IN Jr. high, high school, after high school, forever. Was there ever a time when you were single for a week? And you were always doing some sort of sport. A girly girl who could and would compeat with the boys and usually win. Did they let you? It was always amazing to watch you play.
Oh and by the way... Was it you that put Trent in the dryer?

I have so many fun memories of you...and I'm trying to think of the very FIRST one I have. :o) I remember thinking you were SO funny, at a baseball game (of course), telling all of us how the infamous vasectomy didn't work....and you were pregnant again. :o) I also remember you coming up to me and telling me you wanted to buy all of Bella's clothes, if your baby was a girl. I thought you were so sweet to say that to me. I also have to say that you took me to my VERY FIRST massage EVER....and it changed my life. ha ha Now I love it....and I'm not scared of them anymore. ha ha See....I could go on and on. :o) I am so glad to have you and your family in my life....and in my family's life also. We love you...so much. Thank you for being my friend, from the bottom of my heart.

I don't have a memory since I've never really spent any time with you. But I do know how you treat my daughters, your niece's, and I love that. I'm so glad they can turn to you and that you are there for them. It's always nice to have someone besides a parent to talk to. Thanks.

I remember always wanting to be exactly like you and your sisters. I would beg my mom to let me pearce my ears and wear makeup just to be super pretty like you. Also loved the Prom dress, the black and white room, and the Phone! I thought you were so crazy that you never wore shoes outside I remember you would always walk to g-mas house with no shoes. and you were always sporting the "Im to sexy for this shirt" Tshirt. (was that you... I can't rmembr.) I always thought you were just the coolest. (and still do!) Thanks for the game. I am lovin it.

Just to clarify to family and friends - it was my DAD that wore the I'm to sexy for this shirt." Everyone that know my dad can totally see it right!!!

I'm not sure what my favorite memory is...but I love how you never wait for anyone to make you feel comfortable...when you moved here you just jumped right in with the neighborhood and the ward and made friends with everyone. One of my other favorites is when I was tending the boys a month or so ago...during one of Eric's long trips. You came back from Mickey's game to pick them up, and as I realized I would be feeling overwhelmed and tired and grouchy...you just had a huge smile and made a monstrous fuss over every one of them. I admire your overflowing amount of love for everyone around you. You inspire everyone you meet and we are all better people for having known you. BTW...right now...Maddie and Pete are in my bathtub.(What's with them and my bathtub?) Crosby is doing something that is cracking them up, and they are laughing until they are sick. What a life! And yet...another great Madsen memory!!! Love you!

By the way...just in case you don't know where your kids are - yeah right...it wasn't an anonymous comment...it was the diet coke drinking, mouth like a truck driver, ball cap queen.

Okay this is fun! My first memory of you was when you came to Tracis house in SLC! We all loved you and were amazed at your small feet and huge boobs- lets be honest its amazing! Anyways after you left I tried on your bra over my clothes of course! Sorry you probably never did know that until now! But we have loved you ever since! I also remember the first Christmas with you in the fam! I got spoiled to death - Docs, CK shirts and much more! I was in heaven and yet I was still a HUGE brat and threw my shoe at Eric! How embarrassing!

What a fun idea for a tag! I may have to copy on my blog. Since I only have two personal interactions with you I'll share both. First was when you noticed the ticket booth turn us away because Josh forgot to put our name on the list and you came to the rescue and gave us "free" tickets to the UVU game. I know it wasn't a big deal to you, but it totally made our day and was so thoughtful of you. Second was visiting with you at Mac's funeral for a few moments. You honestly seem like the coolest person. We'll have to chat some more at games next season. :)

I'm not so sure you remember me but I do remember you when you were younger. My daughter is Carrie Parsons and she was your cousin Amy Luke's friend. We always thought that you, Jenny & Janet were triplets. I do remember you working in Price in the office for Banasky Insurance and also seeing you at games when we came to watch Kalen play at CEU and UV. I've enjoyed watching your family grow, have enjoyed your blog and also want to thank Eric for working with and helping Kalen with baseball.
Thank you
